Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the $35 retainer, which will not be applied to the service total. Appointments will be cancelled if arrival is 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Punctuality ensures the best service experience for all clients. We specialize in a range of natural hair services. We start the service with a comprehensive shampoo and conditioning. Opting to add-on hydration treatment at the bowl can restore brittle; limp hair. We also provide shear therapy if you are experiencing hair breakage or split ends. After maintenance, your hair can be styled with a silky blowout, silky press, pin curl set, twist sets, perm rod sets, wash-n-go, and cornrow braids. We encourage you to bring inspirational photos of the styles you are interested in.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We kindly ask for cash payments in the exact amount. Your cooperation keeps transactions effortless. We appreciate your understanding.

We don’t request a deposit; however, a $35 retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service. This policy ensures a serious commitment to your scheduled time, allowing us to provide the best experience. Soon after making a reservation, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail on file. Failure to provide a retainer may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Tips are not necessary, as they are already included in the service. We appreciate your generosity.

We guarantee client satisfaction. Prior to service, a customized plan will be reviewed, approved, and signed. If unsatisfied, a resolution must be arranged within one week from initial date of service. Corrections will be made at no additional charge. If issues persist, they will be promptly escalated and addressed with urgency.
